Calf 101 is designed to help producers, calf managers, employees, students, and advisors understand the principles behind good calf care. It does not replace veterinarians, nutritionists, or other professional advisors, but it can help people ask better questions and make better decisions.
Our long-term vision is “to reach and influence a majority of those responsible for raising dairy calves.” That goal is only possible if important information is easy to find, easy to understand, and available without the impediment of excess cost.
By keeping Calf 101 free, we hope to remove one barrier to better calf management — and help more calves grow, thrive, and reach their potential.
